Anyone see any positive reasons for the stock market to go up (bullish)?

All indicators I see show bearish activity! I would like to know if it is time to get out and go into cash! Bad economy, and poor Economic growth, Increasing deficit, Unemployment up, increasing national debt, Real Wages are falling, Fed easy money policies, Real estate to predicted to drop 20 to 30%, Foreclosures to increase, Inflation rising, QE2 ends June 30th, etc.
