How to you learn to be girly?

=s I've always been a tom-boy by nature, but now that I'm almost 21 I'm trying to learn how to be girly. I've been getting tips and advice from (Sadly.. I know, kinda pitiful..) make-up vlogs and co-workers attempting to help me out. But honestly, that only helps with the make-up and hair part of being a girl. I was wondering if anyone knew any sites or something.. Thanks =)
