Why is it so hard to do stuff in a wheelchair!!? Help?

Now that I am in a wheelchair I can't do anything that I love! It is impossible to play guitar while in a wheelchair, what can I do? Any suggestions on stuff I can do! I feel so pitiful and depressed it makes me want to cry, which makes me even more pitiful! Please help me!
