My dog has a tore up stomach?

hey guys. my dog is a mini pin and she has a tore up stomach. she has had diarreah now for 3 days and has had it on my floor 10 or 11 times in 3 days. She wont really eat and i want her too because she looks so pitiful and weak and she wont drink the pepto bismal like my mom told me to give her. so what can i do to make her stop having diarreah and also what can i give her to eat that wont mess her stomach up any more thats okay for her to eat? i appreciate it guys thanks :) (im running out of newspaper)
