Does she like me.....?

With me: she tries to be funny and makes jokes, she starts random convos with me, she laughs harder than most at some of my pitiful jokes, she always seems to smile when we talk, she agreed to help me in my student council political campaign, she's very polite, she blushes sometimes when we first start chatting. Outside of class we dont really talk. There's this one guy she talks with more than me but refers to him as her best friend plus he's taken.
