Front line and bob martins not working.....?

We have had a problem with fleas for a couple of months now. We have a cat and a dog, it was the cat that bought them in but they are both infested. We have spent so much money on frontline now and getting really annoyed. We have tried the spot on and the direct spray but nothing seems to shift these little buggers. My partner and i are Absolutely disgusted with this company and truly believe that they are falsely advertising their product. We have found that when applying the product the fleas go for a day of so but then our pets seem to be infested all over again within a matter of days. We have laminate flooring and have sprayed and put a powder around the edges. Our poor pets are biting themselves to death. We have been to the vets about this and we actually bought frontline from the vets. We have have also tried bob martin flea tablets, we thought it would be a long shot but again its a company advertising that their product kills and repels fleas and yet again we are disappointed. Also when trying to complain we found it quite difficult to get hold of them. For a huge worldwide company i would have thought it would be easier. so firstly does anyone know where i can actually file a complaint and also what product do you use that is effective at both killing fleas and repelling them as well.
