How to avoid a creep from stalking you...?

this effin' creep has been stalking me ever since i moved to this university. he's following me around and asking me random, annoying questions. sometimes he would crack lame jokes that are so pitiful to hear, that sometimes you feel bad for this person for having a shallow sense of humor and to all who heard this joke before... i told him to stop following me but he asked me for my number. i didnt gave it of course. but that didnt stop him. he raped my fb account, and got my number there. i was too late to set it on private, too late. now he cant stop texting me. i try and ignore it but sometimes, it gets too annoying, specially with the jokes. what am i gonna do? should i call a police? should i peper spray him next time? or stun him? help
