Laptop won't turn on. Sometimes...?

well my friend i am not sure but i think it is a computer hang problem sometimes the computer hang and the power button on laptops cannot work smoothly so i suggest you to push the battery button and reinserted the battery button which is no the lower level of a laptop so i think your computer is turn on well.
